What we remove

When you ask for your data to be deleted, we empty your creator profile: your name, photo, contact details, address, social handles and payment details are removed and the profile is blocked so it cannot be used again.

Records of deals you took part in are kept, without your personal details on them. We are required to keep purchase and payment records for accounting, and they no longer identify you.

How to ask

If you signed in with Facebook or Instagram, open your Meta account settings, find Dcrayon under apps and websites, and choose to remove it and delete your data. Meta tells us and gives you a confirmation code for this page.

Otherwise, email info@dcrayon.com from the address on your account and ask us to delete your data. We reply with what was removed.
