Influencer marketing platforms and tools, priced and compared

What each category of software actually does, which vendors publish a rate card and which hide behind a demo, and how to pick a stack that fits your roster and budget. Prices below were read from vendor pricing pages in August 2026.

Market context

What the influencer tooling market actually costs

Two facts should shape what you buy: most brands now run these programmes without an agency, and most still attribute results with discount codes rather than platform analytics.

How brand teams run programmes today

Influencer Marketing Hub, Influencer Marketing Benchmark Report 2026.

Run influencer marketing entirely in-house0%

66.33% of surveyed brands keep the programme in-house, so the software licence, not an agency retainer, is the line item under review.

Expect budgets to rise by 50% or more0%

72.22% expect their influencer budget to increase by 50% or more, so tools are bought for a bigger programme than the one running today.

Use AI first for creator discovery0%

Creator discovery leads AI adoption inside these tools at 36.67%, ahead of every other AI use case in the survey.

How results are attributed

Influencer Marketing Hub, Influencer Marketing Benchmark Report 2026.

Promo and discount codes0%

45.9% of those answering use codes as their main measurement method. Cheap, but they undercount anyone who buys later without one.

Affiliate links0%

26.0% use affiliate links, the feature most often sold as an add-on or metered by transaction volume. Check it before you sign.

Native shop features0%

25.0% rely on in-app shop tools, which report inside the social platform rather than inside your influencer software.

The tooling market in numbers

Market sizing varies widely between research houses because each counts a different mix of software and managed services. The figures below all come from one source so they can be compared with each other.

Share of the 2026 market that is software, not services (Fortune Business Insights)

Fortune Business Insights puts North America at 37.20% of the 2025 market, worth USD 8.77 billion, and forecasts USD 89.90 billion globally by 2034. The practical read: this is a crowded, well funded category, so almost every feature you need already exists at a price you can afford.

Six categories of influencer software

Vendors market themselves as end to end suites, but each product is strong at one or two of these six jobs and thin at the rest. Work out which jobs you have before you book a demo.

Discovery and search

Find creators you do not already know A searchable index of public creator profiles, filtered by platform, follower band, location and topic. Modash states it covers every public Instagram, TikTok and YouTube profile above 1,000 followers, which it puts at 350M+ creators. Discovery is sold on credits, so check how many profile opens a plan includes, not just database size.

Creator CRM and workflow

Keep 200 conversations straight Contact records, outreach, negotiation notes, contracts, seeding and content approvals in one queue. This is where spreadsheets fail first. GRIN sizes its paid tiers by active creator capacity: Growth up to 100, Scale up to 250, Complete up to 500. Roster size, not headcount, sets the price.

Affiliate and referral tracking

Attribute revenue to a person Unique links and codes per creator, commission rules and payouts. A dedicated affiliate tool is often cheaper than the affiliate module inside a suite. Refersion publishes a free marketplace listing, Launch at $39 per month plus 3% of affiliate-driven sales, Growth at $199 plus 2%, and a custom Scale tier for brands above $1 million in annual revenue.

Payments and gifting

Pay creators without chasing invoices Bulk payouts, tax paperwork and gifting logistics. Watch the fee model, which is usually separate from the licence. Modash includes payment processing and affiliate management at 0% fee up to $10,000 a year on its Performance plan and up to $100,000 a year on Enterprise, with a fee above those limits and no payment processing on the entry plan.

Measurement and reporting

Prove the programme paid for itself Content tracking, earned media value, code and link attribution, and exports into your own analytics. Tracking is metered too: Modash Essentials tracks 100 creators' content, Performance 250. Treat any platform report that cannot reconcile to your own order data as directional only.

Native platform marketplaces

The free layer most brands skip Meta, TikTok and YouTube run first-party creator marketplaces that cost nothing to browse. They see engagement data third-party indexes can only estimate, and they connect straight to paid amplification. They are weak at CRM, contracts and cross-platform reporting, which is the gap paid tools fill.

Zero cost layer

Free native tools from Meta, TikTok and YouTube

Before you licence anything, use the marketplaces the platforms already give you. On 1 February 2026 Meta said it was expanding brand access to Instagram Creator Marketplace beyond the initial 19 countries it had been available in, and in the same update added recommendations for creators who already tag your brand, a similar creators search, and badges flagging creators predicted to perform well in your ads. At Cannes Lions 2026 Meta said more than five million Instagram creators are discoverable there, and that Creator Marketplace and the Partnership Ads Hub will merge into a single Meta Creator Marketing Hub later in 2026, adding Facebook creators for the first time. On YouTube, BrandConnect is now YouTube Creator Partnerships, which sits in the Earn tab of YouTube Studio for creators; eligible creators must be 18 or over, be in the YouTube Partner Program, sit in one of the 24 available countries or regions, which include India, and have no active Community Guidelines strikes. TikTok folded its Creator Marketplace into TikTok One. None of these charge a licence fee, and for a first programme of ten to thirty creators on one platform they are often enough.

Published rate cards versus quote-gated platformsPricing transparency

Left column figures were read directly from grin.co/pricing and modash.io/pricing in August 2026. Right column figures come from Favikon's 2026 platform pricing analysis, which states that its numbers for demo-only tools are compiled from public review sites, industry reports and forum-disclosed quotes rather than from the vendors, so treat them as ranges and as a negotiating anchor only.

How to pick a stack for your budget

A sequence that stops you paying enterprise money for a spreadsheet-sized problem, and stops you outgrowing a cheap tool three months in.

  1. 1
Count the roster, not the headcount

Most paid tiers are sized by active creators, not users. GRIN gates its plans at 100, 250 and 500. Write down how many creators will be live at once in six months. Under about 20, native marketplaces and a shared sheet remain the honest answer.

  2. 2
Decide which of the six jobs you are buying

Discovery, CRM, affiliate, payments, measurement, native. Rank them. If the bottleneck is finding creators, a discovery-led tool at $199 per month solves it. If the bottleneck is attributing revenue, a dedicated affiliate tool from $39 per month plus a sales percentage beats a full suite.

  3. 3
Price the metering, not the sticker

These are credit and quota businesses. Modash Essentials at $199 includes 300 opened profiles and 150 unlocked emails a month; Performance at $499 includes 800 and 400. Estimate your monthly profile opens and email unlocks first, then see which tier that lands in.

  4. 4
Use the free trials as a real bake-off

Run the same brief through two tools in the same fortnight. Modash gives 14 days with no card; GRIN's free plan carries 200 monthly credits and needs no card. Search the same niche, export the same shortlist, and count how many usable contact emails you actually get.

  5. 5
Escalate to a quote-gated suite only for procurement

Move to CreatorIQ, Upfluence or Aspire when you genuinely need SSO, granular permissions, multi-market rollups or a signed data agreement. None of them publish terms, and compiled third-party estimates suggest annual contracts are the norm, so ask for the contract length up front and get the metering limits written into it before you sign.

Common questions

Questions about influencer tooling

Not always. Under roughly twenty creators on one platform, the free native marketplaces from Meta, TikTok and YouTube plus a shared sheet will cover discovery and outreach. Paid tools earn their keep when the roster outgrows what one person can track, when you need contact emails at volume, or when finance wants payouts and attribution in one system.

Enterprise deals are negotiated on seats, markets, data volume and modules, so one published number would undercut the sales process. Favikon's 2026 pricing analysis lists CreatorIQ, Upfluence and Aspire as demo-only and can only offer compiled estimates for them, drawn from public review sites, industry reports and forum-disclosed quotes. The counter-trend is real too: GRIN publishes four month-to-month tiers from $200 to $1,500 plus a free plan, and Modash publishes $199 and $499 tiers with enterprise from $14,700 a year.

For a small in-house programme, a realistic software line is a discovery tool in the $199 to $500 per month band plus an affiliate tool from $39 per month plus a percentage of affiliate-driven sales. That is software only. Creator fees, product seeding and paid amplification sit outside it and are usually far larger.

Buy against the more expensive problem. If you cannot find or contact enough relevant creators, buy discovery. If creators are posting but you cannot tell what sold, buy affiliate tracking. The Influencer Marketing Hub 2026 benchmark found 45.9% still measure with promo codes and only 26.0% with affiliate links, which is why many programmes look unprofitable on paper.

Coverage is generally good on Instagram and YouTube because the indexes crawl public profiles worldwide, and YouTube Creator Partnerships is available in India as one of its 24 countries and regions. The gaps show up in regional-language niches and in verified contact emails, which is exactly what a two-week trial should test.
