Three ways we give back
Environment, community, and the people on the team.
Step 1: Environment
Tree plantation day. Each year the team plants native trees at local sites to put back some of the carbon our servers, travel, and devices create.
Step 2: Community
Pro bono work. We run a set number of pro bono projects each year for small non profits that cannot pay agency rates but still need real help.
Step 3: Skills
Open workshops. We hold free workshops for students and early career marketers in the cities where our offices are, so the skills do not stay locked inside the agency.

A digital agency still runs on servers, flights, and laptops. The tree plantation day is one honest way to answer for that.
Skills should travel
The team learns fast. Open workshops let that knowledge reach students and small teams who cannot hire an agency.

Pro bono work keeps us close to the kind of small, under resourced teams a lot of us started in.
